L Greer We were traveling out of town and got a flat tire when visiting Nashville TN. BMW Nashville not only had the replacement tire in stock, they scheduled me to come in late Saturday for the replacement after a riverboat tour and cruise. They also told us about a local Nashville chicken eatery that has wonderful reviews and is an attraction for both locals and tourists that was close to the BMW location. BMW Nashville was wonderful!!!

Response to repeated requests for a rating Very satisfied with customer service and quality of work. Not satisfied with price of the service relative to other options. I have received similar requests for ratings from other dealers. I think the significance being placed on the feedback and continual ?reminding? consumers of the the request is resulting in distorted feedback and quite frankly is annoying.
