Excellent service I booked a last minute appointment for service and they took me in without any delay or issues. Kenneth provided excellent support, easy communication, good knowledge of what needs to be done for what. Gave advise for upcoming things to be taken care of but did not try to sell me anything which I did not want. Definitely recommend.

BMW NASHVILLE, great service department. BMW NASHVILLE service department is exceptional. It?s always easy to get an appointment and service is completed in a timely manner. The service advisors always advise me of everything being repaired or serviced on my car. Courteous and professional representatives are the norm.

Used 2018 Mazda CX-5 I love the car. Can't help but feel a little disappointed in the dealership, however. The care Salesman, Chad was great! My issue was more with the car and things added to it. The dealership made me pay an extra $500 for a PermaPlate that they applied already. Something I didn't want but had no choice but to pay for it anyways.
