The staff (David Tran, Hosea Willis, Michael Mayo and Phil Florio) that I had the pleasure of working with at BMW of Nashville, were very friendly, professional and attentive. Out of this world auto tech! Had and issue and went on a test drive with Matt Strong, the technician working on my car, I must say he was very professional and seemed more like management than just a mechanic in the back. Took care of the problem in no time and had me on way without trying to con me into services I didn't need. Very pleased with his work. Thank you Matt for a great experience!

Love My Techinician Matt Strong has been servicing my vehicles for years without a single complaint on my end. What an asset to this company, I just cannot believe he isn't in management yet. I cannot compliment the man enough! Again what an asset, I always feel he treats me fair and never tacks on unnecessary services like most in this business. Excellent service I have been taking my cars for a service at BMW of Nashville for many years. I needed a car serviced urgently, to allow a family member to return to their city of residence just after Thanksgiving. Jeph Simmons went above and beyond to obtain the parts to complete the required work at an extremely busy time. I really appreciate the help and can highly recommend the dealership!
