Best car buying experience EVER! I travelled from out of town (Louisville) to purchase my BMW in Nashville. The extra effort was SO worth it! Visit to BMW 2-7-17 My visit was superb. Jeph my rep was excelllent. He answered all my questions, he treated me efficiently and courteous and walked me out to view my car. Drove from Ky to buy a Lexus from Ashawnae! Great experience ! We drove from Ky to purchase a 2014 Lexus from BMW of Nashville. Ashawnae Flippo did a great job of making this purchase smooth and simple by sending pictures and a video of the SUV specifically for us. She also made sure our paper work was ready by the time we arrived. She was very pleasant and even covered some features of my new Lexus even though she specializes in BMW. Our welcome to the BMW family! My husband and I wanted a 'like new' used BMW 5 series. We looked on the website for one and when we got to the dealership we found it right away.
