Repair of out-of-warranty X5 I have thoroughly enjoyed my X5 diesel purchased from this dealer. They stand behind their product with repairs and service as expected during the warranty cycle, but I'm writing to note exceptional service after the end of the standard warranty. My check engine light came on approximately 12K miles post warranty, and the code indicated a fault in the air intake O2 sensor. Found exactly what I wanted 6 hours from home! Great people, especially my Sales Advisor, Leah and my F&I Manager, Mike. They took good care of me, but despite being approved before I came to the dealership, and having an appraisal prior to my visit, I still spent about 4 hours at the dealership. My car was clean and ready for me, though it had some previously undisclosed minor damage to the bumpers for which they further discounted the sales price. Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase.

BMW service Kevin the service advisor was very helpful and was able to get a goodwill / free service on the oil change , brake fluid flush though my warranty period had ran out . I would recommend this dealer as well as Kevin for your service/ repair needs.
BMW of Nashville While waiting for my BMW to be serviced, I spilled an entire 12 oz. cup of coffee on myself. I was drenched!z Mr. Simmons quickly gave me the keys to a courtesy car so that I could run home and change clothes. Very, very thoughtful of him.
