Service on 300 CI, 2006 Very professional. Was told I would get loaner. They were out. However after meeting shuttle ride driver, Benny, I was glad things worked out as they did. Benny is s real asset to BMW Nashville.

Dealership is terrific... I am, as always, pleased with the service. Wish I were not spending so much each year to maintain the emissions system of my 2009 diesel X5. It is a wonderful car but $2000 a year for two years in a row to repair emissions problems is distressing. My service rep is fantastic, everyone at the dealership is a true professional, friendly and helpful.
