RecommendedA-1 service in my book took my 5 series in for a recall part replacement I was assisted by Art Gonzalez Service Advisor who explained to me what work would be done to my vehicle regarding the recall replacement part. He thoroughly explained the courtesy inspection that would be performed and he would email me the inspection report listing what parts were in need of replacement or any issues that needed immediate attention .
