RecommendedWent to BMW of El Cajon to service my vehicle for a recall part and was greeted by Daniel at the service drive thru. He practiced social distancing and had a face cover to not only protect him, but me as a customer. He was very helpful and explained the services required to my vehicle. RecommendedI scheduled an appointment to get my speaker and trunk fixed. From the start of the phone call til when I received my car only took about 4 days! Everything was under warranty so it was covered, but Daniel made everything feel secure by following up with me via text. I have another issue with my vehicle and won’t be hesitant to go back!
