My experience at the Momentum BMW Southwest on 1/20/22 was a memorable one. When I walked into the showroom the Client Advisor Enrique D. greeted me with a "How can I help you". Afterwards, Enrique made my trade-in & buy a vehicle transaction smooth. I just purchased another vehicle from Momentum BMW. This is the only place I would buy or have my service performed on my BMW. The continually take GREAT care of me. I just ordered and receive my new X5. This is the second special order for me and one for one of my friends. Great process and I received the X5 in 2 months. I will continue to go to Momentum.
After identifying and inquiring about a vehicle found using autotrader.com, I was contacted by Jasmine Davis in internet sales I believe, and that was the start of a very pleasant buying experience from start to finish. Salesperson was extremely good - listened to what we said we wanted and had the perfect auto brought up for a test drive. Didn't look at other autos or go to other dealerships - purchased the one we test drove. Extremely good experience. Hope Warren's still there the next time we need to purchase a car.
