my salesman Barry was very patient and professional. I was treated with respect and allowed to think about my decision. I told him if that same vehicle was there in a week, I would get it and I did. The process was smooth a I left with a brand new used preowned certified BMW.

The sells rep, finance manager and sales manager were amazing. My complaint is that the car was listed as ready to sell but I had to wait 8 days to actually pick it up. Otherwise I’m overall very pleased with my experience.
