I have experienced one of the most egregious lemon jobs since buying a car from a distant cousin. The car had a few problems, and the dealership said they would fix any problems that the vehicle may have. One week after getting the car an $1800 problem occurred out of nowhere and then on top of that, my wife's car won't be ready for pickup for 2 1/2 weeks. What would you call my experience? So nightmare works for me!
We arrived at Momentum BMW roughly 30 minutes prior to them closing not expecting at all to purchase a car. Barry helped us look at and even test drive a vehicle with no sense of rush or urgency given the late hour. My salesman, Max White, is very knowledgeable about BMW’s. I was not in the market for one until I came across him. He was highly recommended by my step daughter, who also purchased from him. He knows the vehicle inside and out, from top to bottom. Max explained the safety aspects of the vehicle which is what sold me on purchasing one. Not only that, he made I received the best deal possible. I would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat who is interested in purchasing a vehicle!
