Good experience with this dealership. Friendly and fast customer service. The whole was quick, easy, and painless.
Sales person, Tony, is excellent. He helped us from the very beginning. He also provided a lot valuable suggestions. And the Finance department is awesome. The whole process is smooth. No hard feelings.

The sales person Phillip was great. I enjoyed working with him. Some down side - the car I was going to trade in was appraised lower than CarMax. Therefore, I did not trade in, and later I sold the former car at CarMax for $3000 higher than BMW offered. Secondly, I needed to know more beforehand that the credit card limit is $3000 (it was increased to $5000 by manager's discretion) for down payment.
