We couldn't have had a better experience purchasing our new X3. From trading in our BMW 428 to picking out what we wanted with the new X3. Even when I decided to make a change after original order they were happy to oblige. Then they delivered our X3 to our front door! Highly recommend!
Their word can be trusted. Robert the excellent service advisor hooked me up with Mona, who schedules their onsite mobile technician. She called me to set time and place. She updated me on his ETA. Gabe arrived at my house on time and completed his work quickly and efficiently. He was a pleasure to work with, as were Robert and Mona. This is one classy operation!
