Went in to browse their cars, ended up buying one on the spot. I mentioned I had 3 price ranges in mind, low, medium, and high, and their staff took the time to show me cars in all three ranges. I didn't get the feeling that they were trying to upsell me something expensive. The whole process felt like they were just trying to help match me with what I wanted.
