We were at Momentum at 4:10 PM to sign the contract documents. We waited more than an hour to be called in to sign the documents. In the office it took another hour to complete signing the documents. By the time we got out it was 7:30 PM. I never thought it has take almost three hours to complete the process. The cost for prepaid maintenance was not explained properly. Friendly staff, nice accommodations while waiting like coffee, drinks, etc. Bathrooms could use cleaning more often.

Staff was great. Inventory was great. I highly recommend buying a vehicle from here. The only thing they need to work on is how long the whole process takes. It took around 4 hours from start to finish. I have purchased other vehicles at different dealerships and on average it took at most 2 hours.

I just recently bought a BMW 528i at this dealership, the process was very easy and no pressure at all. I wanted to get a better price though, but they did not accept to get into the haggling mode. After I took the car, I realized that the windshields washer pump was not working, and they accepted to fix for me. Bruce Le, the salesman, was very kind and easy to work with.
