Haidi was a great help through my MINI service process. She made sure I had a loaner when my car had to stay overnight to be completed. Overall great service just takes a bit of time.

Friendly greeters as you drive into the Momentum garage, very courteous. My Service Advisor J.W. shows a genuine care and concern for the customers. At times, I'm a bit anxious with my car's maintenance issues, but J.W. eases your mind, letting you know that Momentum got your back! Appreciated. Just to mention: My Loaner car was Fabulous!! Oh my goodness...a 430i 2- door mean machine with a Diva behind the wheel. I'm was alright! Note: My Showstopper SUV was serviced and ready for pickup in a timely manner. They were very Helpful and attentive when I was looking/buying a car. But once they got my money i was placed on the backburner. I brought the car on a Monday around 2pm. They refused to do a 100-point inspection which is done by most if not all BMW dealerships I have been to and brought cars. i had some extra work done on my wheels, and they told me I would get a 2nd key.
