Warren Hodge did a great job addressing any questions I had. He is not only professional, but also very personable and knowledgeable of BMW products. He gets a 10 out of 10 from me. Great experience and will definitely recommend Warren & Momentum BMW.
Sales and management are professional. The finance dept is disconnected from the deal agreement and is inefficient compared to time spent at other dealerships.
My X1 wouldn’t start on Christmas Eve, late morning at that, around 11:00am. After a “jump-start” from BMW Roadside service, I took it to the dealership & they just did an excellent job of assessing & ultimately replacing it, especially at the last minute. I had family in from out of state & it would have been a disaster had it not been for the exceptional service department of this dealership. They have always come through for me again & again!

The Staff and advisors are awesome. They are truly in an A plus class of their own . Tony Nguyen is an excellent salesman. This is my 2 nd car with BMW! Robert and Sean the service advisors at the BMW momentum are professional, thorough and always treat other like they would want to be treated. It was a busy day but they still did their best in attending us, everyone was very welcoming
good service. the sales reps are very helpful. i forgot to mention my $1000 deposit to the financial guy, Rocky helped to get the refund, it would be better if the financial guy can remind me about the deposit.
