As always, service is top notch as I’ve come to expect. Starting with booking appointments to pickup and in-between all is well done. Communication is also excellent.
Curtis Josey provides excellent customer service, our family purchased 3 vehicles with Curtis. Would highly recommend Curtis! The first two Finance team members were competent & knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service. Our third finance team member, Walter, was not as knowledgeable, therefore we obtained financing outside from the dealership.
The service department is first class. They are friendly, efficient, and take great care of their clients. The repairs are complete and well-done, I’ve never had to bring my car back to readdress any issues. Not cheap, but fair and done with well-trained technicians.
Excellent customer service, professionalism and no-hassle process. The team is very business-oriented and focused on extending the best deal. I am very pleased with my vehicle!

Do yourself a favor and go to any other BMW dealership in Houston than Momentum or Max White. I have worked with all of the Houston area BMW dealerships over the years (have purchased 9 BMWs and counting). I have even bought cars from this dealership in the past and the experience was fine. However, my latest experience was very poor and showed not only poor communication but, more importantly, a strong lack of ethics.
