When you call in you are supposed to push you have a choice of push 3 for Kia or push 4 for Hyundai. There was no mention of what to push for Ford. So I went on a wild goose chase trying to find a number to reach Ford service department. I ended up calling the main number again and pushed 3 or 4 and did get someone who could help me.
