"Service experience" Staff were very friendly and they helped with a loaner which i didn't reserve earlier. Performed the service before three time i need the car back. Overall a very good experience.

"Dealership good service call center not so much. " I did. It gave a great experience with their scheduling center iwas on hold for 15 min and in the middle of scheduling they disconnected had to call again on hold for a other 15 min. Then they were not able to tell me if a loaner car would be available at the time of scheduling. The dealership had to call me a d reschedule because no car was available. Kept receiving notifications of service appointments for the old date. Dealership is good to work with directly though.
