"Friendly and Efficient" The service department was prompt and courteous. Vehicle was completed when promised and repair was perfect and the facility was very clean and well organized.

"Straightforward Honest Service " Was able to negotiate a fair price with one phone call and a few emails. I appreciated getting clear direct answers and no hassle. Very nice people with great service. I was at another BMW dealership for years in Minneapolis and was extremely unsatisfied with the sales team and dealership to the point where I was going to switch to Porsche or Mercedes.
