"Service overall went well" A bit of phone tag, but partly my fault. Smooth customer experience. Only negative was fairly poor wear on the Pirelli Cinturato tires which needed replacing at 24,000 miles. Prices were fair, van guys nice.
"Great Customer Service!" Park Place always goes above and beyond to accommodate the customer. Anything from service appoints that are convenient for the customer to finding you a loaner when one isn’t available.
"Great service and convenience" I bought this car from Demetrious Johnson last year. I have been very happy with it. IA noticed came on the dash saying that I needed to have the oil changed. So I made a very convenient appointment online. I got a little lost that morning, but everyone was really nice and they were still able to service my vehicle. "Always efficient and courteous " Easy drop off, nice staff, easy pickup. Never really pushy about services. No problem getting warranty and recall work done. I hate minimum word requirements.
