"Best experience at a dealership. " Park place is unlike most dealerships. No hassle and very prompt service. Sam is wonderful to deal with. He provided a lot of information prior to my visit and remembered what I was looking for when I came in. There was no pressure to buy anything I did not need. Sam found the perfect vehicle for me and made my purchase smooth and very comfortable. Lisa and Tony in finance were extremely efficient and friendly. I am very happy with my new car.

"Great Service" Brought my Audi in for an airbag recall and oil change. Great service all around. I don’t live in the Rochester area but will drive over for any additional service my car may need. Highly recommend!!
"Josh is THE BEST" Josh is so knowledgeable and friendly that he completely instills trust in me. He is an excellent communicator too. The dealership is always clean. My shuttle drivers are awesome. Top notch service!
"Excellent service" Very accommodating. Easily scheduled, completed the repairs earlier than expected, very knowledgeable staff on the car repair, warranties, insurance coverage etc. I would highly recommend their service department.

"Professional and attentive to our needs " Everyone that we worked with were kind and courteous. Almin helped us find the vehicle that we were looking for. He offered help without being forceful. He made the process of buying a car pleasant.
"Quality helpful people" Park place motors is a smaller dealership with decent customer service. Aaron Bianchi was personable and accommodating. I had issues with credit (due to a canceled deal two weeks prior) and Anthony Johnson in finance talked me through everything and used his contacts to secure me a fair deal. It’s clear these people care about customer satisfaction. Overall I am pleased with my experience.
