"Good experience overall" Fancy dealership comparing to others, I like the way car is dropped of at service department (self open door and just drive in). Lounge is good, but to close to reception desk, so hearing calls come in for hours was tiresome. Not many places to go around dealership, I live 1.5 hours away from it, so for long service I’m stuck sitting in the lounge. "Great Service" Work was completed timely manner. What was done was explained and easy to understand. Will have car serviced at this dealership next time car needs servicing.
"Prompt and courteous service" I was greeted promptly and my tire problem attended to right away. Mac explained the problem and the reasons for the solution. He offered me an immediate temporary solution until the tires I needed could be ordered. I appreciated that my car had been detailed when I returned to it. A followup call was made the following day to see if I had any questions. I was impressed with the service department.
