" Quick, listened well, and followed up" Mac did a wonderful job of helping me price out what was best for me at the moment. He also followed up afterwards with a question I had after leaving. He didn't in any way talk down or make me feel bad for having to push back routine maintenance based on budget and I greatly appreciated that. The attitude of the vehicle service staff is a main reason I continue to come to park place any time I need something.
"Efficient Service Visit" Had scheduled mileage service plus oil change. Service needs discussed when I dropped it off. Performed service within an hour. Liked new notifications by text message. Washed car as well.
"Personel" All staff involved were personable and very helpfull. Made the purchase a pleasant experience and not a regrettable one. Small dealership large heart. Blah blah.
"Quick and wasy" Needed an recall repair and they were able to schedule it and get it done quickly and easily. With shuttle service to and from work I was able to continue with my day as normal.
"Bad experience turned good" My car was returned to me less than perfect after service, but Kevin went above and beyond to make it right and exceeds expectations. We will be back
"Kyle Herzog - GLI Transmission" Good work. Unexpected repair. Loaner was great. They went to bat for me with the warranty company and got it all handled. Huge thanks to Jeff and Park Place management.

I dropped off car, obtained estimated time of completion, received text about recommendation to rotate tires due to wear, and was able to pick up car in time range that was estimated. No surprises. Service completed as expected. Shuttle drivers pleasant and on time. Overall, a pleasant experience.
