I gave Luther Park Place Motors five stars because they were welcoming the moment I walked through their doors. They did not pressure me into buying and were patient while I was making decisions, in other words I did not feel rushed. I felt confident with my purchase partly because of their excellent costumer service.

This is my 2nd lease with Luther ...the employees are very attentive and work hard to make it work for the best of the buyer. Always friendly and upbeat and willing to jump right in.
We had a very good experience buying my first BMW at Park Place. Jayson was great, answering all of my questions but never pushing too hard. I also appreciate how much the Myron and the dealership were willing to work with me to get the car I wanted within the budget I had. Rob was very helpful and knowledgeable with the financing and warranty information. I am completely satisfied and would definitely recommend Park Place.

James Taylor was very knowledgeable when he was helping me find the car I purchased. He took the time to show me how everything worked in the car. Very informative about the car, and the family it comes from in the car world. This was my first service appointment for my 2016 Audi A6. My car received a thorough check up and I received helpful information from Joshua K. The shuttle service is a great feature for customers. Even though this dealership is approximately two hours away from my home, I will likely continue to make the trip because I feel I can trust that I will receive quality service from experienced mechanics.
I visited the dealership in search of a used Audi. I found a couple on their website that were of interest and made the 2 hour drive to check them out. I was warmly welcomed immediately, and Sean Hamidi did a great job of making me feel comfortable during the entire process.
