We have done business with Park Place for 2 previous purchases and really enjoyed the service and audis. Frank, our salesman, was pleasant, positive and professional--never pushy and always patient with our many trips to talk with him. We would highly recommend him as a person to go to as he made it so easy. We had been discussing a new car in the last year and he was always welcoming and friendly. We are from out of town and had only a day and a half to locate a good used car and buy it for my son who is moving to Rochester. We visited several dealers and many private sellers. Fortunately we also stopped at Luther Park Place. The buying experience was excellent. They have a very professional team. We negotiated and ended up with a fair deal. Accommodating dealership and personnel, who listen and understand your needs and concerns. They treat you as a person and not just another number. They are very flexible in scheduling service, as our nearest dealership is 300 miles from our home.

My husband and I drove over an hour to visit the Park Place Motors location in Rochester, MN and the drive was well worth it! Everyone was very friendly and we felt attended to but not pressured at all. There were no long waits, and it is clear that quality of customer service is their #1 priority. We left with the perfect car and feeling very confident about our purchase. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, whether buying a new or used car.

I bought an Audi for my wife and dealt with Frank Galvan. Frank was very helpful and informative. I also had questions on future service if I bought the car, which were answered by Joshua Kern in great detail. I also dealt with Myron Gayles when I was negotiating the price I wanted to pay. Myron was very professional and made me feel good about the purchase. (even though it was higher than I wanted to pay ;) ) I would recommend Park Place to my family and friends. Good job guys!

Great effort by sales team. Their willingness to expedite the process was appreciated, Myron and Demetrius were outstanding in car prep. We live over 2 hours away but it was definitely worth the drive.
