RED FLAG! BUYER BEWARE! RED FLAG! BUYER BEWARE! During the week that we worked with this dealership (daily e-mails and phone calls), we provided our credit card number to place a deposit on a specific car, secured financing, sold our other vehicle, and purchased plane tickets to retrieve the vehicle where it was to be delivered (we live on the opposite side of the country to this dealer). Warranty Issue Would not cover repair of my 1 year old car. Tried to blame me for issue. Service manager Tom was rude and unprofessional. Five BMWs purchased and this will be my last !!!! So disappointed.

Does not care about the customer I took my car into to diagnose the seized latches on the hood(I couldn’t get it open, but already knew they were seized) I was charged 150 dollars for them to tell me the latches were seized, and it would be around $700 to fix. This Is a common issue with bmws, with an easy temporary, probably permanent, fix to grease up the latches. Didn't fix it, couldn't even diagnose it properly I dropped my car off, telling them exactly what was wrong. They fixed it and told me it was ready, I can come get it. So I got dropped off, thinking the car was ready. I paid, the bill was $900 more than agreed to. When I started the car I knew immediately it wasn't one of the items I mentioned when I dropped it of was the radio would not play music for the first 10-15 mins of a drive. 2009 BMW X5 My x5 has been smoking from the hood for months. First they said it was an oil issue. Paid 2300 to fix what they said. Still smoking from the hood and I always said it was the recalled PCValve. They recently so-called replaces that and the smoke from the hood and inside the vehicle is worse. I also no longer have a back up camera or road map screen since they did that. They were also supposed to do a vehicle check and brushed that appointment right off. Lack of Customer Service I've owned BMW's for almost 25 years, I got a 5 series from this dealership for the first time 2 years ago. Customer service does not represent the BMW brand based on my prior experience. They do not take good care of their customers. They messed up on registration and state inspection (put on a sticker that did not belong to my car) and tried to blame me for the problem and weren't helpful in trying to resolve this issue that they created. Manager I recently purchased a vehicle from BMW South Albany and was very disappointed in the service and leadership. Sales representative did a good job communicating with me throughout. I advised I was taking a day off from work driving 3.5 hours to buy the vehicle. Waited on tires to be delivered from UPS. I was supposed to pickup vehicle up at 11am then switched to 1 pm.
