"Great experience!" Alex Senco my salesman and David Theado (sales manager) were an excellent team to work with. I don’t like spending an entire day in a car lot and I told Alex I’d be back to sign papers later. When I returned, he was prepared; I was in and out in an hour! I actually had a very pleasant experience. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly! I’d recommend Alex to family and friends!

"Awesome experience" Purchased a new Mini Cooper Countryman S. I live a little distance from the dealership so handled nearly everything prior to my visit. My communications/questions were responded to promptly. Bob was courteous and helpful from my initial inquiry to the decision to purchase. Ryan was ready for me when I arrived to sign paperwork and was very thorough through the delivery process. I was very pleased with the entire experience and will definitely recommend Ferman Mini to others!
