"Very good experience" Dan picked me up from work to take me to the dealership. I test drove it on way to the dealership. He made sure I was comfortable while doing paperwork. They even got me lower interest rate. Go there to get ur next car.

"Amazing customer service" I had an amazing experience at Ferman BMW. From the moment I stepped into the showroom I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who offered me water. I first met Robert on my first visit because Greg was off for the day. Although I requested someone else Robert offered to show me some cars I might be interested in. "My first BMW" Mary was amazing! She made to show me all options that included my “must haves”. Finance was fast and gave all options available. Mary showed me every option before pulling away. This is my first BMW and it won’t be my last!!

"No Pressure Sales" When I visited Ferman I was promptly greeted by Sara and was asked if I needed any help. I had told her I would like to see the 2018!MINI Clubman S All4 that was on their website. She pulled it up and we went on a drive. I immediately fell in love with the quirky style and handling of the car. So I bought it!
"Friendly and knowledgeable sales team" I visited Ferman Mini a few weeks ago to explore options in my car search.
