"2018 BMW X1 " We worked with Kenny on purchasing my new BMW X1 and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Kenny did not push anything on us and had multiple cars available for us to look at when we arrived. He was an overall down to earth guy and we had a great experience. "Very personable and communicative" Douglas made sure that I was aware of everything from the beginning: and communicated with me the whole time which I truly appreciated. Most service centers I've been to I have had to follow up to get any information, but Douglas kept me in the loop and explained everything to me the whole time. He never pressured me to spend more than I had to. I will definitely be back and requesting to work with Douglas! Thank you!

"Great experience!" We knew exactly what vehicle we wanted and Dan in sales made it happen to our satisfaction! We don’t live nearby, so we were able to negotiate over the phone. No pressure sales tactics and smooth, quick and easy transaction. Had one tiny glitch in the process upon arrival to make the purchase, but Dan, the business manager, took care of it immediately. Will be back for our next BMW and highly recommend Ferman to others!
