"HPFP warranty replacement " In and out pretty quick. Marc did well for me. Happy that part had extended coverage. You were out of loaners... May want to look into that.
"Superb Customer Service" It was my first time at Ferman BMW and everything was perfect! I pulled up to the service lot and was greeted immediately. After going inside, I spoke with a charming employee by the name of Stefanie. She was great and very helpful, she even messaged me a few days later asking how everything was with the car and if I was satisfied with the visit. That to me, is what makes businesses standout.
