"Great experience!" Wonderful customer service and genuine care from our salesman, Mikey Castaneda. Overall, a great experience with BMW Honolulu! We would have liked the person who detailed the car to take their time to check and make sure the car was completely cleaned before turning it over to the customer (4 stars).
