Martin Hernandez and John Palombo provided a very positive car buying experience from excellent sales coordination to detailed car instruction. I am thoroughly enjoying my new X5. I greatly appreciate the considerable amount of time they spent on 2 occasions to review all I needed to know about the car. As questions come up I know they're always there to provide continued assistance. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable in all they do!
I had my X5 in for service recently and as always I was amazed at how quick the process was, how courteous and friendly the staff are and how my needs were paramount. I dropped off the car at my appointed time and I was on the road in my fun loaner car within 15 minutes of arriving ( and this was a busy weekday morning). From the moment I stepped in the door, I was treated royally. They were very considerate of my needs, spent considerable time with me and explained all of my questions in detail. Worked with Bill Chludzinski (one of the salesmen) who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He helped get the numbers in the range we were looking for and was very patient with us. He repeatedly demonstrated his patient demeanor each time we spoke either on the phone or in person. He even helped me return my old leased Jeep to another dealership (taking time away from his busy day to help me out). I purchased a certified preowned BMW from Justin and had a terrific experience. I live in NYC and did all the work with Justin over the phone. He was clear, honest and straightforward and was able to get me to a real figure quickly and without silly back and forths. When I came in he and his manager were very knowledgeable and helpful. The entire time as I was signing papers, I was waiting to come across some negative surprise, and it never happened. These guys are good and honest, highly recommend.
