Knowledgeable friendly staff made the sales process very easy. The team did a great job getting me familiar with the new car’s features and settings.
I went to BMW Bridgewater on Monday at 5 PM to find out how wash the process to lease a BMW 328 and I picked up the car on Tuesday at 4 pm. Justin O'Connor gave me the exact information and moved really fast to let me have my car the following day. I received an excellent and proffessional treatment. Ozzy also provided me with the necessary information. I'm convinced that this is the beginning of a long and friendly relationship. Thanks to all. SF

BMW of Bridgewater truly made the car buying process as easy and seamless as possible. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff, particularly Mike Watson, was extremely accommodating and spent a great deal of time ensuring I was purchasing the right car (even if it wasn't a BMW). He was very professional yet personable enough to make the entire process enjoyable. I would definitely recommend both the dealership and Mike to anyone interested in a BMW.
I had a great experience. My sales rep Justin and the rest of the staff got me in and out of the dealership with a nice car. The car was fairly priced and they were easy to negotiate with. I had a great experience working with Bill and Ozzy throughout the car buying process. It was nice to be in an environment where I was not pressured for a sale. Bill was extremely knowledgeable about the product and was able to catered to all my needs. Ozzy was also very pleasant to work with from the finance side of thing.
