Through a difficult time of trying to find the right fit for my new car, Mark O was very helpful in locating the best option for me. He kept me informed as to when the car would be arriving. On the day I picked up my car, I was in and out in about an hour. Great Experience!!!!

I worked with Savitri Persaud, and she got the X3 that we wanted. Fast and wonderful experience, most paperwork completed even before we arrived and was able to complete everything very fast. Felt like I was only there for 15 minutes. She didn't try to sell me things that I didn't want or need.

Joel was an absolute pleasure to work with and made the buyout of our lease a very easy and seamless process. Even though I'm sure there's not a lot of money to be made on a lease buyout, Joel treated us like we were buying the most expensive car on the lot. We actually have a BMW dealership much closer to us but definitely consider it worth the drive to BMW of Bridgewater as both their sales and service teams are excellent.
