Alex and the team were excellent to work with. Alex was very helpful and efficient during the car buying process. When buying a brand new vehicle, you want top notch service and I feel I received that with Alex and the Bridgewater team. One thing I have to say I appreciated was when I called the office, I had a specific need, and I was lucky enough to get Alex on the other end and not someone who is unknowledgeable. "I was in and out in 2 hours with a test drive, financing..." I was in and out in 2 hours with a test drive, financing and insurance. Manjula knew exactly what I needed and was so helpful. Them to come with the plates to my house and set me up was certainly white-glove service and so helpful.

"My experience was great Mark Ongsiako was great and..." My experience was great Mark Ongsiako was great and explain all that I needed to know about the car and the process of buying. Mark Carvalho also was very nice we chat and made sure that everything was going smooth. Brian (the car guru). Explain very well how everything works on the car, being an Hybrid it was very helpful.
