He was willing to talk to you, find out what you wanted, then found the car that I liked. Because this 530i has a lot of new features that I never used before, after I got the car, Zarina spent quite some time to demonstrate how to use the new features, and configure the settings for me. No haggling and gave me a number that worked for both of us on 1st call. When I went to pick up car, Dave in finance did a great job getting me out of the dealership in very little time.
