"The part (rotor) was not in stock and there was no loaner..." The part (rotor) was not in stock and there was no loaner car (would have saved my wait time in next visit). I had to reschedule my repair job once again and had to wait for 3 hours which was completed within estimated time and repair was done up to my satisfaction. Wish this would have been done before the vehicle was put on sale as safety of the vehicle is the top priority. "Great experience in leading my new 5 series sedan! Ryan..." Great experience in leading my new 5 series sedan! Ryan did a perfect job! He found the exact car that we wanted in Germany. He let me know when the vehicle arrived at the port. When the car arrived , Ryan explained all the new features. I highly recommend

"Very satisfied with their service. Prefer to go there..." Very satisfied with their service. Prefer to go there even though it is a bit of a drive. John MacDonald is very good to communicate with. Prices are fair and objective. Service is excellent.

"Everyone made the process very effortless. Came in for a..." Everyone made the process very effortless. Came in for a broken door handle, which happen out of the blue, called, loan was ready - fixed four, changed oil, updated recall of backup camera software. Very happy.
