"The part (rotor) was not in stock and there was no loaner..." The part (rotor) was not in stock and there was no loaner car (would have saved my wait time in next visit). I had to reschedule my repair job once again and had to wait for 3 hours which was completed within estimated time and repair was done up to my satisfaction. Wish this would have been done before the vehicle was put on sale as safety of the vehicle is the top priority. "Everyone made the process very effortless. Came in for a..." Everyone made the process very effortless. Came in for a broken door handle, which happen out of the blue, called, loan was ready - fixed four, changed oil, updated recall of backup camera software. Very happy.
