"Car Purchase " Jayne was fabulous. Really had no intention of buying a car when we went to the dealership. Just went for fact finding. Jayne worked up a great price and reasonable trade for my car. Brought the car in with low tire pressure and Joe Young personally took care of it Great service

"Full Car Detail" Had my grandpop's full car detailed. Thompson did an amazing job. The looked fantasic and had even the same new car smell like it just came off the lot. I won't be using anyone else to clean my car but Thompson Lexus.

"highly professional with everyone" I have said this a few times already in answering your surveys. You can put this in a commercial. I had a good friend say to me when I first bought my X1 that I should take off the Thompson BMW sticker in the back of car. I said Thompson has been VERY good to me. I would not think of taking off the sticker. Therefore, that in itself says a lot about your dealership. I drive it around with it on so people can see it. Kudos to you. Lou Penge
