What a great dealership!! I had fabulous service for a repair to my 2016 BMW. They backed their product and did everything they could to be accommodating during the interim. Clinton Leman and his team are outstanding to work with. Their service technicians are helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. My sales person, Carl is certainly an asset to this dealership. I recommend them highly. I’ve now purchased 2 vehicles from them.

Review of my 2018 BMW M5 I just took delivery of my new 2018 BMW M5 on June 23, 2018. Since i live out of state, all the negotiations were handled over phone/text/email. First off, Ken R. treated me with respect and courtesy throughout the entire process. I was able to negotiate the deal i wanted. Everything was handled so that when i arrived, i simply took 10 minutes to sign the papers and i was on the road back home. Great Service! Alex G. did a great job explaining everything about the vehicle. He was very courteous which made us feel more comfortable. He didn’t pressure us into anything. He simply showed us all the good things that a BMW has to offer. I would recommend going to see Alex if you are interested in a BMW or any other car that you may be interested in.

Overall great experience Ken Reardon was great! He very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Sales manager Clinton and business manager Jim were super nice to deal with as well. Buying a new car can be overwhelming but, they made the overall process incredibly painless and simple. They have a wonderful team!
Car buyer Live several hundred miles away. Were given all needed information and photos, including a personal video of the advertised car before we traveled to the dealership. We were warmly greeted on arrival and found the car to in as good a condition as we were told. Buying then was easy, except for a lot of what we consider unnecessary paperwork for a cash sale, although each form was well explained. Leasing Ease It didn't matter that I was months out from purchasing, Alex took his time to answer all of my questions. He also provided me with information on the vehicle that I thought I would never see. The transparency is apparent with BMW of Peoria.
