Great buying experience! My used car (E92 M3) buying experience was great. Carl was very knowledgeable of the car I was interested in and very passionate about cars and exceeding customer expectations. The buying process was very simple / stream-lined and the facilities / ammenties were quite nice. I even got to spend some time with the dealer owners family. I'm one happy customer.
The used car we were looking for was prepared The car we were interested in was under a canopy, which was helpful, as it was raining hard. The car was wet so at was impossible to check body and paint condition. Carl showed us many features and we went for a test drive, but because of the constant heavy rain we could not hear sufficient vital signs of the car. We decided to return an other day and made an appointment with Carl. He was very helpful.

They also treat you great after the sale with free Saturday car washes and clinics to understand your car better. Ask for Carl and you won’t be disappointed. The entire staff for that matter bends over backwards to help you out. I couldn’t recommend them higher. Even though I live 280 miles away I will buy my next car from this dealership.
