Great experience I have not been one that liked to deal with new car dealers but I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at BMW. I worked with John Rumley who was great. He made me feel relaxed and I trusted what he had to say about the vehicle. Within a short time I was convinced that the vehicle was the right one for me and we were able to finalize the process in a short time. What a great experience. Everyone at the dealership seemed to be committed to do every thing possible to assure it was a good experience.

Wonderful buying experience The best car-buying experience we have ever had. We drove 70 miles to Peoria to buy a new 430i white convertible, which they had in stock. We called ahead and Ken had the car all ready for us to test drive. Everyone was so nice. We received a fair offer for our trade-in and we came to a deal in less than 10 minutes. Great experience We had a wonderful experience working with John Rumley and staff purchasing our first BMW. John took the time to arrange 2 different vehicles for us to look at and test drive. Once we decided on the vehicle it was getting late into the evening. The amazing staff stayed past business hours so we could complete the purchase as my husband was leaving town the next day. All the staff were helpful, friendly and courteous. Thanks to everyone who made our experience a positive one.
Ingvar Carlson John was very helpful and professional. Dealer was a no hassle operation. Dealership had a large selection of cars and had the car, I was looking for. We made the deal over the phone. The sales person did a terrific job.
