Great experience ! This dealership is very customer friendly and transparent in their process. Working with Blake was awesome and he made sure that we were aware of the process and next steps. He made sure the car was ready with engine running when we went for test drive and took time showing the car. We wanted the car delivered and Blake and this dealership made sure it was delivered without issues. Highly recommended for your next BMW.

Buyer/New BMW Owner The entire staff at BMW of Peoria or professional and courteous. John Rumley was a sales man for us. He did a fabulous job answering all her questions for teaching us about the differences in the two vehicles we are interested in. Friendly Staff! Had a wonderful purchasing experience this past weekend for my used Volvo XC90! Started out great with Clinton's help and knowledge of the vehicle. Jim helped me close out the sale paperwork and Skip in financing was also extremely helpful. They were even nice enough to come pick me up with their complimentary shuttle service as my husband had just started a new job that day!
Fast and professional - even for an older used car Went to look at used convertibles. Salesman John had everything ready and out on the lot as follow-up to my initial call. Very professional and efficient, and got a lot of attention even for an older pre-owned car (2004) that was not a high-dollar sale. Sales manager and general manager all checked in multiple times. Would buy again in a heartbeat and specifically seek out this dealership.
