Review for SERVICE Maruf... Great Service !! I had a loaner,clean and nice.the girls were super fast and helpful.the only thing is that my car was not cleaned when they returned to me. Rest was amazing as always.

Annualy Service Appointment / Maintenance Giovanna is an excellent customer service representative. Always very attentive and responsive to detail and issues/concerns. She works very hard to ensure that she checks for all and any issues during the yearly service/maintenance appointment (i.e. tires, washer fluid, other checklist items, issues, etc.).
Experience at Braman MINI I had an excellent experience at Braman MINI. Customer service was excellent. I would recommend to anyone.
Extremely satisfied Juana and Ignacio (sales person and finance manager) were amazing. Excellent customer service, I was limited in my time to be able to make it into the dealership however they worked with me and were very attentive the entire time, and land additionally, Ignacio got me a better rate for the financing than initially quoted. I was very satisfied, Braman was definitely a pleasure!

Braman BMW My car's under warranty, but it's racked up about $18-20k in work in the 3.5 yrs I've owned it. (Just 26k miles.) 335i convertible, 2013. I just had the cylinder head replaced. 15 days in the shop. It's not the first time they've had it over a week. In no way do I blame the dealer but it certainly casts German engineering in a bad light. Braman is thorough but at this point I'm exhausted.
