Braman BMW If buying process refers to buying a vehicle then the answer is the appropriate. I did not buy a vehicle. I took my car in for repairs and maintenance and everything was done satisfactorily. The Service Advisor, Donnie Rizzo is a knowledgeable and qualified individual. I am completely satisfied with the way he resolved all my issues.
