Chris introduced us to Joel Brown a product specialist who patiently explained some of the idrive finer points. We had one issue which Chris handled expeditiously. Tom Simmons in service gave us some advise. Chris has since checked to see if we were perfectly satisfied. Thanks to Chris, Joel and Tom.

BMW Fort Myers Florida I bring my 320i once a year in for service, no complaints, clean shop, very courteous staff, plus they vacuum and wash the car at no extra cost. Typical Dealer prices.
