Chris introduced us to Joel Brown a product specialist who patiently explained some of the idrive finer points. We had one issue which Chris handled expeditiously. Service - Z4 Friendly and courteous. No indication that required service was anything less than satisfactory. From all I can tell (not a mechanic), all work was performed well.
