Great service and wonderful staff. The general manager is one of the best in the business and has a staff of highly trained and personable individuals. It didn?t feel like buying a car. It felt like sitting around with friends talking Cars. Great experience.

Disappointed but still pleased While my title may seem to contain a contradiction, it is not. I was initially disappointed to find a chrome strip around the windshield of my several days old 430i convertible . However I was pleased with the efforts on the part of the staff to have the defect corrected immediately. There was no excuses offered and no delay in making me a happy customer.
