Routine Maintenance I was unable to bring car myself so I took advantage of a coupon for free pick-up and return of my vehicle. Excellent all around.
Kudos for the BMW Service Team - Holiday or not ! My car needed service - and of course, it happened late in the day --- the Saturday right before Easter Sunday after most of the BMW Team had left ---- but not all! Ryan was the first to offer assistance and when he couldn't fix it, he called those who could. Thankfully, they were still there and they came , confirmed the issue, said they needed to keep the car and offered me a loaner until my car was ready a few days later. Super Service! Super BMW Team!
