Happy again! We all have stories of bad sales experience, and sadly that is what we talk about most. This is NOT one of those, the opposite thankfully!! This is not the first time I have done business at BMW FM, and It comes down to the people, the process and then the cars. Joe Weidenfeller has been putting up with me for years - which says something there for the dealer - and knows how to get it done.
